'Chad Co' is a positive clothing brand supporting mental health, promoting speaking up about struggles and breaking the stigma in New Zealand around mental health. The name Chad originates from popular ‘characters’ in some American classics such as Charlie's angels and American pie, the Name also rose from the classic surfer voice and persona my mates and I would put on when surfing and chucking up a Shaka. We wanted to embody Chad in our business to provide a humorous and lighthearted approach to mental health. 5% of our proceeds are donated to Life Matters Sucide Prevention Trust.
